Return Policy

At Superfoodz, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. We stand behind the quality of our natural supplements and handle all returns with fairness and transparency. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, please reach out—our support team will do its best to make things right.

RETURN WINDOW – 30 DAYS
You may return unopened items within 30 days of the delivery date, as confirmed by the carrier’s tracking information.

ELIGIBILITY
• Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
• For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products.
• All returns must be authorized by our support team before being sent back.
• We cannot accept returns of: opened or used supplements; promotional items or giveaways; products marked as final sale.

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
Please contact us at superfoodz.ca@gmail.com with your order number to request a return. Our team will provide detailed return instructions and the return shipping address. Do not send items back without prior authorization, as unauthorized returns may not be processed.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
• We do not provide prepaid return labels.
• For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your receipt.
• Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

REFUND METHOD
• Store Credit (Default): Approved returns are refunded as store credit (digital gift card) by default.
• Card Refunds (Limited Cases): A refund to your original payment method is issued only if: (a) the item arrived damaged or defective, (b) the wrong item was received, (c) the order was cancelled before shipment, (d) the package was lost in transit, or (e) a refund is required by applicable law.
• Verification: Refunds (of any type) are processed after we receive and inspect returned items and confirm they meet policy conditions.

REFUNDS (PROCESSING)
• Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund (store credit by default, or card refund if eligible) to the appropriate method.
• Please allow 5–7 business days after receipt for processing.
• You’ll receive an email confirmation once the refund or store credit has been issued.
• We do not charge restocking fees.
• We are not responsible for lost return shipments—refunds/credits can only be issued once returned items are received and approved.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will replace or refund the item at no cost to you. We may request a photo of the issue for verification.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
At this time, we only accept returns for orders shipped within the United States. Orders shipped to other countries (including Canada) are final sale and not eligible for return. If you experience an issue with an international order, please contact us—we’ll do our best to assist on a case-by-case basis.
